Offices

In an office - multiply the number of computers by 7 to give the total number of items (this number includes kitchenettes, hand-dryers, photocopiers, printers etc)

Each computer workstation generally includes about 4-6 separate items.

All workplaces

For all workplaces, you can count the number of appliances and leads - but please remember to count all extension leads, powerboards, IEC leads (computer leads), and power adaptors separately.
